I've had the most wonderful experience ordering from Door Number One! Emma is truly one of the most pleasant and helpful people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I was ordering hampers for my team on behalf of management and we had been struggling to find something that fits what we were looking fo when we came across Door Number One's etsy. We found the Ultimate Movie Night box which was just what we wanted, but because it was etsy we ran into the issue of needing to order 14 boxes to different addresses and that would have meant placing 14 different orders.

I sent a message on Etsy explaining the situation and Emma was more than willing to assist with the issue, but she went above and beyond for us. She arranged it so that it was totally hassle free.

Emma also made sure to ask for dietary restrictions with allowed us to make sure that each member of the team was fully looked after.

I was kept fully up to date on how prep, dispatch and shipping was going which eased any worry I had and the boxes were delivered ahead of schedule!!!

Each member of my team who received one was thrilled with the variety and quality of the box!

Emma even went as far to check in after a little bit of time had passed to make sure everyone received their box and that there were no issues.

It was a wonderful shopping experience and turned what was becoming a stressful endeavor into a total pleasure.

I placed a bulk order of gin hampers with Emma for my company as a pick up for the staff during Covid-19 crisis. The whole process was very smooth, communication was fantastic and the orders came on time. Each one was very well presented and included some fantastic little gifts in there. Every one of the staff loved them and will be enjoyed over the bank holiday weekend. Thank you!
