I had such a hard time completing the card. Your site kept freezing and I had to reboot my computer several times. After multiple times I was finally able to send the card. I was so frustrated that I am thinking of canceling my subscription before the end of the trial.

The cards were sent swiftly. I wish there had been some choices fitting for pre teens and teens.

I sent one Doozy card in early September - on other e-card sites this would have cost me around $5. I have now been charged AUD32 with no explanation as to what this covers, or how to avoid any further charges. Obviously there must be some fine print somewhere that I will now have to investigate to put an end to this expense.

Signed up for Doozy mainly because it’s advertised as e-cards for the deaf.
Not sure if their cause related advertising is actually legitimate….being affiliated with the St. Vincent De Paul organization….portions of money go to ….meals, etc.
My problem was the website itself. I tried signing up for the 10 day free trial, but could not get any of the PAYMENT BUTTONS to work. Got an error message.
Cards that are ADVERTISED AS FREE are NOT FREE. So, amongst the FREE cards are littered with cards you need to BECOME A MEMBER to send.
Too many deceptive BS practices to trick you into their tangled web.
I guess this is a good thing since there are so many bad reviews. They lost me as a potential customer, especially since so many are being charged beyond for the 10 day trial.
Who’s running this Company, anyway?
We need to talk. Sell me your company so I can get rid of all the BAIT AND SWITCH and other BS so it can actually be an HONEST operation.
SHAME ON YOU!

We found a really funny, musical, birthday e card for our son. It really cracked him up. He loved it! We couldn't be happier. We will definitely use doozycards again.

Lots of choices. Really like viewing any card before deciding. Did not like having to agree to a default monthly charge to try the site.

Everything worked perfectly and cards delivered.
Would like a "favourites" folder to note the cards we like rather than plough through them each time. Or maybe there is one and I missed it.

I signed up for a 10 day trial card; filled out all questions as requested, including the card I planned to send...BUT did not see any place to put the email address to send it to....FURTHER, also did not get any notification that an attempt had been made to send it....tried to reach Customer Support and got no response...tried Doozycard.com, also with no luck. My biggest concern is that my credit card is out there and now I can't get it deleted either. Is it possible to have someone contact me to straighten this out please? It is fast turning into a bad experience. Thank you.

Similar to a lot of the reviews here - I tried to cancel after the free trial but I just kept getting charged. Had to cut them off at the bank.
Tacky trash.

I got Doozycards because there are a lot of family birthdays coming up in August - November, and I think these are terrific cards. My first one (to Aunt Jane) fell flat. In fact, she implied it was a lazy trick to avoid writing her a card personally. Also, she's very English and said she couldn't understand the lion's American accent.

Very pleased with the card. After I made my choice, I asked for it to be sent the day after. No problem and the recipient was very touched and amused by the card. Thank you Will definitely use your cards again.
