I never write bad reviews, especially when it comes to small business’ but unfortunately I am writing this review because I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews for this company before purchasing.
I waited 7 weeks for my order, emailed the company multiple times, contacted them on all social media platforms all with no response so in the end I just gave up on receiving my order.
Sometimes when a company is making appealing daily content on social media and has millions of likes/views it can be misleading. Thankfully my bank was very understanding and I got my money back (which was over £80). I would caution anyone when purchasing from this business.

Ordered at the end of November 2024 as a Christmas present, after a friend mentioned the web page. Only after did the friend mention how much issue she had trying to receive the order, though once received it was fine. I havent had the same luck, and at this stage have given up expecting my order, my money back or even any contact. Would avoid at all cost to keep yourself sane.

Placed an order months ago! Received no update, shipping update or anything. It looks legit on Instagram but clearly from what other people are saying it must be a scam. They literally just ignore your emails too. Disgusting.

Ordered in November 2024 and haven't received anything. I have reached out on numerous platforms including Lauren the owners personal Instagram account and have been completely ignored. Yet she still has time to post new videos to her Tiktok & Instagram. Absolutely disgraceful taking money off people and continuing to promote your business as if nothing has happened.

I would give a 0 if i could but i cant!
I ordered in the Black Friday sale back in November 2024 and still have not received my order. Looking at other reviews, i can see alot of people are in the same boat as me. She posted about a month ago saying that she disappeared due to personal reasons and to contact her if we havent received our orders. I have reached out on numerous occasions, across all platforms and via email I and have not received a response. She has time to sit through and delete all negative comments but cant ship the orders people have spent their hard earned money on. Absolute scam!

Absolute scam, ordered back in November and nothing received. She put an Instagram story up weeks ago citing personal reasons and asking everyone to message claiming all orders would be shipped that weekend, this was early April. She deletes all negative comments on all platforms, just stealing peoples money and has the nerve to still post packing videos!

The items were very late but they had been shipped on time so it wasn't the business owner's fault for the delay and they were indeed lovely items.

Ordered once early last year and received a month later, thought it was a good product. Decided to buy the same thing for my friend in November in time for her birthday. Still haven’t received it, no updates have been given and I have emailed several times requesting a refund, will never shop here again please don’t buy here, save your money.

Ordered in October. Have tried to contact everywhere a loot of times! But never heard anything. My money is long gone and am never going to see my order probably :(

This has to be an absolutely and utter scam. My partner ordered back in October and still have received nothing. Got the confirmation email and have since then had no response to DMs, emails, and comments asking for any information on public profile get deleted shortly after posting, so you know that the seller is aware. Avoid at all costs! You will not receive the item and will be charged.

I ordered from this small business the second of december 2024 and i still have not received any shipping confirmation. I also do not get any response whatsoever on email, customer service or instagram. I hope i ever get my package cus it was an order of over €120. Just dont bother ordering from this store cus its not worth the trouble!!!!

Ordered in October and have not heard anything since then.. As many others I have not received my order or gotten any reply to messages or emails. I suspect the owner has received too many orders to be able to fulfill them, and instead of facing the issue and be honest, she is just ignoring everyone which is a shit thing to do!!! As SOON as people startes questioning her she stopped posting on all her accounts, basically avoiding social media and any place we attempt to contacr her on!!

I finally got my order after waiting 5 months. I ordered a mystery thriller bundle and attached my Goodreads account as directed so I wouldn't be sent a book I have already read. I got my order today after bombarding them and hearing nothing. And it's a book I have already read. So I basically spent 50 euro with the shipping + customs charges for a book I've already read. I was trying to support a small business , well NEVER AGAIN. This is such a good business idea if it was just ran properly and they actually cared about customers.

Ordered in early November, received an email a few weeks later saying it was being prepared to dispatch. It's now late January and despite a bunch of emails it has never arrived. Such a shame because they have such great products. This is a scam though.

Order placed in November 2024. Email confirmation received. Never heard anything again. Reached out via email, TikTok, instagram. No one is answering. Full on scam.

Same as everyone else: ordered back in November 2024, never received the order or any reaction on Email / TikTok / Instagram.

Placed an order in October 2024, and got the confirmation email. November 5th i got another email saying it was prepared for sending - its now been 2 almost 3 months and its not even been handed over to the delivery service! They haven't gottten it and there's no response on email, tiktok or instagram.

Please be careful and do not puchase anything from this place.

I placed an order for a small mystery box on 28 October, as a secret Santa gift.
On 27 November, I received an email to say that the order had been dispatched.
I have still not received delivery, and Evri still state they are expecting the parcel.

Since commenting on an instagram post, i have now been restricted.from commenting. I have contacted numerous times on instagram, tiktok and email, but have had no reply.
I have logged this with the bank, to get my money back. They are difficult to find on companies house, but if I can find them, I will lodge a complaint with them.

Awful, please don’t bother buying from here. Ordered 1 mystery book on November 2nd and paid £32 inc delivery. Still haven’t received anything and it’s January 20th and heard nothing from the company. Avoid at all costs, just buy a book from a charity shop and a £1 hot chocolate packet and save yourself the hassle!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This business is an absolute disgrace. Like so many others, I’ve been scammed out of my money with nothing delivered. I ordered last year and was given a fake tracking number that still claims the parcel is awaiting dispatch. Sent emails and messages and had no response whatsoever. To make matters worse, she’s deleted all comments on social media to silence complaints. I raised a dispute with my bank, and the owner has had the audacity and time to challenge it. This behaviour is appalling, and I’m shocked they are still allowed to operate. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this scam. Don’t let them take your hard-earned money like they did mine.
