I received my order in a timely manner and was very pleased with my order !!

I placed two orders with this company on January 24, 2021. Today is February 22, 2021 and I have received neither order even though they did charge my credit card. This company is located in Indianapolis, IN which is 3-4 hours east of where I live in Illinois. Supposedly, they shipped my orders on February 9. When I tried to track the orders, it said they were in Texas. Why the hell would a company supposedly located in Indiana ship orders to Illinois via Texas. Good luck trying to contact them. Nothing but recordings. I will be calling my credit card company today and disputing the charges.

They were extremely helpful when I had an issue and was very quick to resolve the issue. I am in love with the products and my brothers ( who I purchased for) love them items as well. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

My husband loves his Hoosier. Quality is great and they fit true to to size. My only disappointment was how long it took to get them since they were a Christmas present. But I know that all had to do with the pandemic and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
