Passage sur la boutique de bandol pendant ce week-end de Pentecôte. Un monde fou en boutique mais les vendeuses restent souriantes et efficaces pour gérer ce flux . Achat de deux bracelets et boucles d’oreilles , rapidité pour être servie car je savais à l’avance ce que je voulais ! Je porte des bracelets au quotidien ils sont toujours aussi brillants , même des années après !

Very beautiful jewellery but bad quality and the worst customer service ever! The bracelet I ordered took ages to come and when it finally arrived was already broken!! I sent the customer service an e-mail, they answered me almost 24hours later and demanded that I pay for the repair and the return! They wanted ME to pay for repairing a bracelet that came already broken and also pay for the return cost! Unbelievable! After getting back to them again and explaining AGAIN the situation, they said they will repair for free (which was the obvious from the beginning) but I have to pay the return cost, which they will reimburse later!! The bracelet was supposed to be a gift for my best friend’s birthday tomorrow! What am I supposed to give her? And I have to take it all the way back to the post, although I explained to them that it’s not that easy, because I live almost 2 hours away from the city. Totally disappointing!
