Had a book from my wife for my birthday…

Had a book from my wife for my birthday - the book was ment to come with a free gift and is even mentioned in the book itself - I sent two emails to dorlingkindersley asking about this and not had one reply back from them! It's irrelevant to me whether or not I get the gift but an acknowledgement from them regarding this matter would show good company manners towards customers - very disappointed in a company with a reputable name such as theirs
