The quote was the middle of three, but as the company has won awards etc we decided to use them. Best decision ever. The quality and workmanship is out of this world. The office team were so helpful and always available on the phone or over email. Highly recommended.

All I can say is from start to finish this company have excelled. From the polite gentleman who dropped a leaflet through the door ((I am not really sure what the issue is with that. Clearly some people just like to complain about anything, looking at some of the petty reviews on here !!)) to the team that carried out the work. We are over the moon with our new driveway it looks flawless. I was especially impressed with the level of knowledge and skill of the workmen and they left the place spotless after. We are certainly the envy of the cul de sac. I would highly recommend to anyone. We had a few different companies quote and Dorset Showhomes knew so much about what they do and we are glad we chose them to carry out the work.

I have a fairly large sign on the front of my property. It says NO JUNK MAIL. NO LEAFLETS.
Is this difficult to understand?
Obviously far too difficult for Kian who shoved one of your leaflets through my front door.
I phoned your company and was told they would call Kian and tell him to collect the leaflet. This didn’t happen. You know what they say if you can’t get the basics right, can you do anything else right?
I will return it to you as I could not make it clearer that I do not accept junk mail.

We found everything to be very good, from the office staff to the men doing the work, would highly recommend.

My parents had a drive installed and looked good initially. Suddenly a faded patch occurred and after numerous phone calls, visits and excuses we were finally promised a conclusion. Unfortunately the person who came to do a ‘repair’ absolutely ruined the whole drive with puddles of resin that resembles piles of phlegm, streaks all over the drive after an attempt to re resin the drive to cover the problem and to top that off, resin dribbles over some the bricks in places! After a further site visit from the contracts manager to review the failed attempt to rectify, promised us with a decision by the end of that week. We still find ourselves waiting 2 weeks later without any communication in any way!

Our driveway was laid at the end of 2018 and it looked really good. A very neat and tidy job.
However in March 2021 a significant crack appeared. I emailed a photo to DSH. They sent out some one to look at it and take photos.
Since then more cracks have appeared in a number of different areas which I have reported. They send people out to look at them and take pictures but have not taken any action to rectify the situation.
It is now mid August and despite further emails to DSH still nothing from them in terms of rectifying the cracks.

UPDATE
The response from DSH must refer to a different property. They did not lay a patio for us, there has never been any oil on our drive way and our driveway has been cleaned by me. They have never offered to clean ours at any point.
Drive still cracked.
They blocked me from their Face Book site and never acknowledge or respond to my emails. They claim the cracks are caused by the underlying tarmac cracking and therefore it is not their problem however it was their director who inspected it and said it was suitable for the resin driveway to be laid. We relied on their so called expertise.
If they think I have gone away they are wrong.

New resin driveway looks good great team of workmen the only downfall was being charged £ 250.00 for an additional step consisting of 10 standard block pavers and 2in of concrete

Love my new resin driveway put down yesterday by Dorset Showhomes. Cannot praise them enough as they were all a lovely team who did the job.. Very pleasant and polite... and hardworking (especially in that excessive heat)! Also they tidied up well after doing the job which is an added bonus. Would highly recommend this firm!

This company removed our old driveway and installed a new resin surface driveway and side passage. Work done on time by very hard working team. We are very pleased with the appearance and it is much admired by neighbours and passers by. Since installation we have had several heavy rain showers and as promised no ponding. Only minor issue (which does not affect my overall excellent review) was I had to phone several times to get some documentation

The salesman was polite and courteous and we were kept informed at all times up to the installation date. On the day the team were extremely hard working and did an excellent job that we are really pleased with. Our new drive has been admired by several of our neighbors.

Did what they said they would

We agreed a price and they did all the work within my budget. Can't complain at that.
