Unfortunately the topper didn’t fit my ancient mattress but customer service was great about refunding. I do recommend their products

I can't say enough about the great customer service I received. I ordered pillows for myself, and I LOVE them. I ordered another set for a friend who didn't love them as much, so I was able to get a full refund on the product with no issues. Great customer service. Great pillow... for me! :)

This company has amazing customer Service. I had to reach out to them after receiving my pillow and received a very quick and acceptable response. Refreshing!

They have an excellent product, but what really impressed me was their customer service. I worked with them on a return and they offered so many solutions. I value good customer service, it's rare these days.

UPDATE: Still no refund to my shop cash account. I feel like we are just trading emails at this point. I would not recommend this company.

Well, I have had to update my review. It turns out that I have received a partial refund, not a full refund as was advertised and stated by customer service via email. I have reached out to Dosaze to correct this and have not heard back.

I tried this pillow for 4 weeks, and while it wasn't to my liking, what made it a 5-star review was the customer service. When I contacted customer service for a refund, I got a reply within a couple of hours. I was initially offered an exchange. I was not interested in the exchange and was given an immediate refund. That is GREAT customer service.

I thought the pillows would be a little hard at first, or hard to get used to... but I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the pillows were! I purchased 2 different types of pillows. The Therma Cool Pillow and the Contoured Orthopedic Pillow. Now neither my husband or I will switch back to our old pillows because it seems to help keep our neck in alignment very well ,and they are very comfy. Thank you!

Best Pillow I have ever had

I have hated all countour pillows I have ever had. EXCEPT this one.

Its now 12 months later and I still like it, as a side sleeper its the first pillow I have ever had that I feel supported with, and for me it even helps relax my shoulders and neck while I sleep.

On sizing, I wear a XL or XXL shirt, and a 44R jacket. The regular size was too low. I contacted them, they sent out the thicker version, and I have never looked back.

Best Pillow Ever for me.

We bought two cooling pillows from Dosaze. My husband absolutely loves his and has kept it. Mine was certainly cooling but not enough support. They made the return for mine so seamless and easy. Kind customer support and responsive. All around great company to work with start to finish.

I wanted to love my pillows but they were just too flat for what I need to sleep on at night. They were super soft and comfortable at first but the longer I laid on them the more I found myself having to adjust it to try and prop myself up somewhat. I get very stuffy at night and the flatness of the pillows didn’t help that at all. I saw a lot of good reviews that’s why I wanted to try them for my achy neck and shoulder.

The customer service was fabulous! Quick to respond back when I am sure that they are super busy. The pillows are very comfortable, but just was not the best fit for me. Thank you Dosaze for being such a great company in all that you do. I will definitely recommend you to others.

The pillows are amazing. I’m 5’9 and I bought the thicker version. I haven’t slept so well in years. I thought it was just normal that my quality of sleep was going down with stress, age, etc. These pillows made me realize that quality sleep is still possible. I also had to get the normal pillow refunded and customer service was great - thank you again Melvin!

Both Nora and Melvin provided me with great service in obtaining our order and managing our expectations during ownership, no doubt its a great product too. Any queries I had were sorted in super quick time, its unusual these days to have this level of great service. Thank you both!

The company are really honest and efficient. The customer service was excellent.

I came across this company while doing some research on a better suited pillow for side sleepers. I was getting stiff necks and wanted to try this one out. I liked the design of this product, but unfortunately it was too stiff for my liking. I love that this company gives you the option of trying it out and to return if unsatisfied. The customer service was incredible and quickly assisted me with my return. Great company.

Dosaze is AMAZING!!! We absolutely LOVE our pillows from there and, when we ordered an item that sadly wound up not being as perfect as the pillows for us, the Dosaze customer service team was incredibly responsive and super helpful!! Will absolutely be ordering their products as needed moving forward and recommend all others do the same!! Fantastic quality products and priceless customer service!!!

I tried the mattress topper because I love the pillow and it actually reduced my snoring! I was not really impressed with the initial topper I received but dosaze reached out and offered their new design. It’s been a life changer. The kindness and generosity of this company to help me find something that’s comfortable and actually works is so rare. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is suffering from back/shoulder pain.

Customer service is very very good!
Had no issues with my return on a pillow that wasn't right for me.

While the pillow wasn't for me, the quality of the product was clear. I'm sure many people will like the adjustable pillow.

As for the service, they were very responsive and offered solutions as well as a return/refund service.
