I needed new cartridges for my printer and Dotty Ink were able to give me great advice and supply me with compatible ink. Their customer service was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Dotty Ink are a small but friendly and co-operative company. You can get through to someone quickly and directly get a resolution. The ink they provide is good quality and lasts a reasonable length of time.

We do have issues sometimes with compatible HP cartridges as there can be updates to the printers, despite automatic update being switched off but the cartridges are always exchanged without question - so thankyou!

Tried to sell me compatible ink cartridges. When I refused declined my credit account application. Now keep sending me reminders to pay the credit account although they did not supply me with any service. I have contacted them 3 times and have just been ignored.

Only tried 364 printer at home printer did not like took some playing to get to work ink looked very thin in clear cartridge
Hope other hp and cannon cartridges work with out same crap as dont need hassel at work

Not a positive one to be honest. I bought a printer from dittybink as they offered alternative ink cartridges. But hp did a update on the printer that stopped compatible ink cartridges being used. I didn'tget much help from dottyink but eventually they sent me some new cartridges which didn't work. Again I spoke to dottyink and they told me to speak to hp about it?? So basically i have a load of cartridges that are useless and have had to revert back to hp cartridges. Thank you for your reply, but as I said why should I have to call the manufacturer, I bought this printer from you on the basis that this would work with your cartridges. At no point did you tell me to turn off automatic firmware updates. It seems to me that you are shirking your responsibilities. Ps. the notice to stop the update came after HP had already updated the firmware.

I recently purchase some ink for my printer. They were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The products arrived very quickly the next day, very efficient. 1st class service, would highly recommend!!!
