I am writing this review for Nationwide Windows in London (Ballards lane)
Company is a shambles, staff members rude and extremely unfriendly (this is only once you have made your full payment ofcourse) Prior to that you would think the complete opposite.
Windows have not been fitted properly I have a gap all the way round all the windows. Door was delivered 8 months after payment was made I have emails and witnesses of how rude and non-chalant they are. I dealt with an old man called Angiz (however just like his company he has different names) I have also never been given a FENSA certificate for any of the work done. I am in the process of taking them to court. I would avoid at all costs.
We wanted to replace a front door and 8 windows throughout our house, and needed to get quotes to see how much it would cost. A couple of the quotes were too expensive, but a local firm managed to come down to a price we couldn't refuse. I was skeptical about using an online quote company, thinking we would be ripped off, but as it came in massively under-budget it has worked out nicely for us, and can't wait to get our new windows fitted in time for winter.
