Despite paying over £250 each for our two tickets we were SO disappointed. Very uncomfortable cramped seating - I am only 5ft 4" but no legroom. Will not book this Birmingham Arena ever again. The sound system obviously had a fault as we have seen Lionel Richie 3 times in the last twelve months and the feedback from the sound on this occasion both for Lionels performance and the young lady before him was truly awful.

The booking process through Double8 was easy and we were kept informed throughout the build up to our trip. We were a little concerned when the Royal Mail couldn't deliver them with only 2 days to go before we left but they arrived with a day to spare. E-tickets would have been better perhaps!
This was my wifes first visit to the RAH and she loved the experience. We managed to find reasonably priced accommodation within easy walking distance. The show was great with Eric still able to produce a strong performance and our experience was made all the better when our tickets were upgraded giving us a great view.

Easy to buy , tickets came via email immediately, seats as stated , which were good. My only criticism is I wish you could see the actual seat , rather than just “first 5 rows” but I took a chance and was pleased with my tickets. Would use this company again

These tickets for Gary Barlow were reasonably priced and they were very close to the stage in this iconic venue. I have used Double8 tickets before and have never been disappointed.

All on stage were true musicians. Great to hear saxaphone players and good to see Nathan East again.

Excellent tickets. Brilliant view. Only a small premium on top of the face value for what was a sold out night at The Royal Albert Hall. Double8 were good to deal with, emailing out the tickets just prior to the event and contacting us to making sure we had received them OK. Many thanks.

I never write reviews. But felt like I needed to in this case just to put anyones mind as ease who maybe worried about tickets they have booked via double8. Yes they are a bit pricey but if you are willing to pay then go for it. You will not get your tickets weeks in advance but you will get them! I got mine 4 days before event transferred via AXS app. Yes difficult to get hold of but they will reply to emails after a few days and I was reassured by a lovely guy named Elliot! We saw Billie Eilish at the 02 had no trouble at all went straight through seats were incredible block 102 row R! Please do not panic if you have booked! I would 100% use this company again. Thank you Double8 me and my daughter had one of the best nights of our lives! X

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing upgraded tickets for the Stevie Wonder performance in Birmingham. We were 12 rows from the stage, I couldn't believe it.

Booked Stevie Wonder tickets in March, for 07 July. When you book their system tells you the tickets will arrive between 7 to 14 days. Unfortunately this is their busiest time of year so that it was delayed and they were very difficult to get through to. However, Elliot in customer services was an absolute star and put my mind at rest. Tickets have arrived And we are very much looking forward to the gig.

No way to reach them. No replies to emails and phone is disconnected permanently it seems.

Update: after trying to phone them a few times, I managed to get to someone, who answered my questions. But, I have not received my tickets yet, so will keep the score at mid-level until then.
