We have had good experience with the staff at both the Wakefield outlet and the Escape shop at Junction 32, Glasshoughton. We are bound to review the Junction 32 shop because we are really disappointed with the new shop, its location and its size. The staff are 5 star however, we believe the location change is a detriment to Double Two, it looks dark and pokey and many would just walk past it or just not see it. Don't think this has been a good move for your company, we would like to see another move within the site that is more suited to your quality products. We shall still come to Wakefield for our purchases, its the same 5 star for your staff.

Avoid! You have been warned.
Just like everybody else their returns service isn't fit for purpose. Thought I'd found a reliable company til I needed to return something. You use the address they give you on their website and get the parcel returned a week later with the comment "address doesn't exist".

Returned an item following their return instructions. There are 2 postcodes, their’s and a Post Office. It appears to be my fault that the Post Office have not physically taken my returned parcel to their actual address. Happens daily they tell me. I’m still waiting for a refund. Most unhelpful and awkward customer services.
