Bought 75 bases from the company
They arrived in time, I’d say quite a few were frozen and the rest cool given that they were packed in dry ice packaging.

4 of the packs were unusable, the bases were split in half, holes in them so had to be wasted, customer service did part refund for these but it’s a good job I had some dough balls in my fridge and didn’t have to rely on the bases

Cooking… I have a professional wood fired oven, these bases it says are perfect for these, sadly not with ours, the bases burn before the toppings cook or brown.

Sadly I will not buy from these again as in my opinion they are just not worth the hassle and worry if there going to be damaged in transit. Sorry guys just trying to be honest

These pizza bases are a godsend. Delivered in the most perfect packaging, so easy to top and cook and taste delicious. A must for anyone like me who wouldn’t know where to start when it comes to making their own pizza bases! Thank you doughboys!

Ordered 25 pizza bases arrived within 2 days and they was top tier pizzas made within 2 minutes straight in the ninja oven bosh

Very poor customer service
They are not interested if you are a small business.
I had a bad batch of pizza doughs contacted doughboys so many times and finally heard from Owen sent in to him photographic evidence of the poor products however was made to feel I wasn’t telling the truth its was so shockingly bad how it was dealt with. My emails were not replied to and when I called he was ‘never free’ very disappointing just because they have bigger businesses they supply to we clearly weren’t important enough!
After many months still no correspondence!

The quality of the cheese and dough really stands out, especially when you keep in mind it's a frozen pizza. Quick, effortless delivery and just delicious! We're going to keep these stocked to help us avoid expensive takeaway nights when we feel lazy!

Really tasty pizzas. Good flavour, and perfect base for me - love the base. Best frozen or shop bought pizzas I have bought. Great value.

Tried one of there pizzas which was not the best cheese missing and base so thin it was like a Jacobs cracker I emailed them to express my issues they asked me to email pictures of the box which I did and they never replied. So there customer service is like there pizza absolutely rubbish avoid .

This was my first order and as soon as I placed the order I was informed of the status for deliver. It arrived on time and packaged really well, will 100% order again - great experience

Amazing pizza and great value! The base is so tasty and is the perfect blend of chewiness and crunch. Generous helpings of toppings which are top-quality and taste easily as good as an Italian restaurant. Speedy delivery too

Excellent service and the best pizza kit in my mind

When I received my pizza kit the cheese was mouldy, I emailed to try and get the problem resolved and was ignored so I called and the level of service was absolutely disgraceful.
I refused a replacement as I do not feel their product or processes are safe and was then offered a partial refund.
I explained that I had no use for pizza bases without cheese and that I had thrown the bases away because I'm not willing to eat a product which is obviously not of good quality and that I cannot be sure is safe to eat.
The product dis not arrive chilled and as such I have no idea when the package fell below a safe temperature range.
They hung up on me at this point and when I attempted to call back they just let the phone ring.
Don't order from these people there's a lot of other options where you can be confident that the products are safe and of good quality.

Great Ambience and Great Food - Very Accommodating - this was the only place that would serve food after 8.30 pm in Charlestown during mid Summer - all other venues, The Pier House and Springtide - closed their kitchens !! Ridiculous as, being a local, they need us in the Winter - Back to Doughboys - the staff were so friendly and helpful and pizzas very delicious and fresh - good selection too

The pizza tastes amazing and the service is always top.

Very impressed with the quality of these pizzas. My son & husband made these together & they looked & tasted amazing. Will certainly buy these again & highly recommend

Excellent service. Ordered the margarita pizza kit so could add my own toppings. Really good portion of tasty mozzarella the tomato sauce is delicious. The bases are tasty fresh and a good size and such good value for money
