Professional manner of all staff. The Branch Manager, David Tomlins was always available should you need his advice and guidance and with his years of experience this was greatly appreciated in a long drawn out sale & purchase. We must particularly give special mention to the Sales Progressor, Chelsey Baldwin who was absolutely outstanding in all her efforts to get the deals done. Her support throughout this difficult process was invaluable. We would also like to mention Donna, who led all the viewings who was also a lovely friendly lady. We would have no hesitation in recommending Douglas Allen and in particular the Hornchurch Office to help anyone with their house move.
