Beware of this business - Bobby sent his apprentice to fit a new kitchen tap for me, he drained the water tank by opening the basin tap in our bathroom, turned the water back on without closing the tap and flooded all three floors of our house. This did £3000 of damage, and despite him coming out to the house while the flood was happening and seeing the extent of the damage, all he offered was a dehumidifier and to repaint one ceiling. We have had to replace plasterboard, flooring, light fittings, skirting board, redecorate walls and ceilings in four rooms to repair the damage. I had to claim on his insurance and he has now after 8 months lied to his insurers and denied that he caused this damage, leaving me with a claim against my policy deemed as my fault and unable to reclaim the excess, and personally considerable out of pocket. Please avoid at all costs, not a nice man at all.
