I have been on at least 6 trips with DUE and have nothing but Great things to say about Corinne and her group! Being a business owner myself I appreciate when a company and the people in it go over and above to make sure your experience is the best it could be. They make traveling around the world to the areas DUE services seem very easy. I have made my own travel arrangements I'm know it is not that simple. In business its not just when things that go well that tell the worth of a business its how they handle the unexpected things that really separate the best of the companies.and DUE is the Best! I like the fact that my trips have all been just like I wanted even though I didn't know. They helped me figure out what was right for me and when I return from a trip I feel like I have made friends with another part of the world! Corinne has some of the most talented people in her organization. I have yet to work with anyone that I wouldn't do another trip with. You will be Very Glad you made the decision to work with them!!

Laura created a wonderful experience for us. We literally did not have to worry about a thing once we stepped off the plane in Fiji. Every company she used handed us off every step of the way, making getting to our resort just as relaxing as staying there! We cannot wait to work with Laura and DUE again!

We used Down Under Endeavours for our honeymoon and we had an amazing time. We traveled the south island of New Zealand and then to Fiji. All of the accommodations were top notch and we had no problems with any reservations or other bookings. We had n absolute perfect honeymoon that was organized with minimal effort on our part while we focused on wedding planning. We would absolutely use them again.

I had one main agent who was absolutely great. I also spoke with a couple other agents in the office on a few occasions & they also were very helpful/knowledgeable. I always felt like my questions were thoroughly answered, no matter how difficult or dumb the question may have been. Prices seemed reasonable & my agent seemed to have a good relationship with the hotels in Fiji & New Zealand. Thanks Candice!

The food tours in Xian and Beijing were some of the most memorable experiences during my visit to China. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and genuinely nice. For the price, it was one of the best ways to truly experience China's culture. I would strongly recommend to anyone traveling to China in the future.

Candice Heckel was amazing! She helped in every aspect of our trip. I took my two teen sons on a trip of a lifetime to Australia. Both want to go back and if I ever have the chance I will use Down Under Endeavors again.
The tour companies they used were amazing! Loved the Tread Lightly Ecotour in the Blue Mountains, Lets Go Surfing in Sydney had my son surfing in less than 2 hrs., and Walkabout Adventures was educational and fun! Loved snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef too!

I met Corrine initially but ended up working with Laura. Both Corinne and Laura were friendly! Laura was responsive, professional and very helpful with all the questions we had. She also had a good understanding of what we were looking for in our trip. It was a pleasure working with her and Down Under Endeavours.

I have used DUE for several trips and everyone has been top notch. I enjoy the quality of the service I receive from everyone on the staff and the ability to customize just about anything I want. The knowledge of the locations that the staff has is very important to me. They have been able to craft exactly the trip I am looking for and that fits what I am trying to imagine. Just the right amount of chill time, action/adventure, and fun activities.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Vanessa to plan our trip. We wanted to squeeze in a lot in a 2-week period-- visits to both the North and South Island in NZ, as well as time at the Great Barrier Reef, Sydney and Melbourne in Australia. Vanessa was so easy to work with, as she got to know us -- what types of hotels we liked, how we liked to spend our days, and other sorts of travel preferences. Our trip was AMAZING -- we didn't have to worry about a thing, and we had a good mix of planned events and down time for us to explore and experience the beauty and treasures of New Zealand and Australia on our own. In addition to Vanessa, DUE also provided us with local contacts who checked in with us during each of our stops to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and that everything was to our liking. In fact, when we were in Melbourne, there were fires along Great Ocean Road, and the DUE local contact not only kept in touch with us each day, but was also in constant contact with the tour operator to ensure we could proceed with an itinerary that enabled us to explore the beauty of the Great Ocean Road while also keeping us safe. We created so many lasting memories on our trip -- thank you Vanessa and DUE!

5 star service. Lots of options for excursions. If you want free time, you need to let your agent know or they will schedule something every day. They will work within a budget if you tell them ahead of time what you can spend. Anxiously awaiting our vacation to New Zealand and Australia!

Down Under Endeavours, and especially Ellen were so helpful! My Fiance and I felt like we were in good hands with Down Under Endeavours during our our Honeymoon. I would highly recommend Down Under Endeavours for future trips because of their assistance with the flights, insurance, Hotel accommodations, dinner reservations, excursions and even a special surprise for my Wife.

Great job accommodating all our requests for our honeymoon. Very easy to get into contract with our trip manager. We are more than excited to go on this trip. Only down side is when I gave our budget it was met and then exceeded, but we did want to do a lot and falling within that budget was probably not plausible.
