Metal fronts fall off very easily / aren’t secure
Love the style of the brass style socket covers and light switches but all 8 of them don’t hold on properly and fall off. The black backer is secured but the clip on metal fronts don’t end up staying on for long. We’ve had to pay a decorator to secure 2 of them in place and will have to do the same for the other 8, really disappointing!

I want to start by saying i love there…
I want to start by saying i love there products there stunning. What lets this conpany down is there wait time for items we are not talking weeks, some items ive been waiting months! They also like to keep everything and send in one order even when some of the itema are in stock. Seems like they dont have much stock of anything so if your wanting anything within a month id use another company. Its shocking how little feed back you get. Had so many issues october/november and december. Thought is try one last time been waiting 3 weeks and they have no idea when my stuff will be in stock after sending them 1000s

No express delivery. Ten days abd counting
I ordered two wall lights at over £300 ten days ago.
I paid express delivery.
Ten days later, I have had no update, and have no.lights.
When I contacted customer service re express delivery, with no delivery in the first week - they simply said the lights take two days to assemble, and we're looking at ways of stopping others paying express delivery.
No offer to refund the extra amount paid.
I wish I'd never ordered.

Sent the wrong switch and cover plate…
Sent the wrong switch and cover plate for fitment, spoke with a representative who said to send over an email with pictures and info and they will resolve instantly and send out next day delivery as we had an electrician booked to install with our new lights.
Failed to follow this through and have had no communication in return, have called today and left voicemail to contact me but no return in email or phone call still.
Would avoid this company again and will not be referring to friends after spending £93 on a single light switch that we are stuck with and no interest in replacing, and an electrician now having to find another days work due to being let down.

A member of our customer service team has been in touch by phone today to resolve this for you. Your replacement faceplate has already been issued. These hand-finished plates do take a little longer to prepare, and we’ll email you as soon as it’s ready to be dispatched.
Just to reassure you, you don’t need to delay your installation, as our faceplates simply clip onto the back‑unit once everything is installed.
