When you have a property to sell you need to use a conveyancing solicitor that will deal with their outstanding tasks quickly and efficiently and that you do not have to chase. This has often not been the case with other conveyancing solicitors that I’ve used, but DP are solid and dependable. I chose DP Conveyancing having seen all of the great reviews of their service and I was not disappointed. They are thorough and efficient, and use electronic systems that enable you to get an update any time that you want. You can also reach your assigned solicitor by phone very easily if you need to. I highly recommend them.

I’ve heard of people complaining about issues with with their solicitors and with it being our first house buy I was nervous, but Marie and the team were absolutely fantastic. We were kept up to date every step of the way and there were no glitches. Our first house fell through and we ended up buying a different one and in both instances they were great.
