"Terrible delivery

"Terrible delivery! The driver left my parcel in the open main lobby without ringing the intercom, even though I was at home. This area is accessible to anyone and parcels get stolen here all the time. I am disabled and live on the 4th floor (there is a lift). Drivers MUST ring the intercom and deliver upstairs, not leave items outside to be stolen!"
