My item was stolen. poor Company am disapointed in DPD and post Danmark. Their are not reliable i order fra Italy how could it be the broke the package and steal the item this is seriøs.

I am a student in Aalborg. this is my 3rd year here, and since the very first year, my family was always sending my packages from back home.
In the first year i had no problems almost with dpd, but since than, the quality of the service is getting to be under the ....!
always some problems with the delivers, im at home waiting for the package, and after waiting 1 day, no package, and the internet says: the delivery guy was here.
riddiculus. thats the reason why since 1 year this was only the 2nd time my family sent me package.
last week monday my mom sent me a big parcel from hungary. it arrived to aalborg on the very morning of Thursday. it means, that even though, in every europ (even meters high in germany) it was heavy snowing, other countries made the package thorough europe in 3 days. its monday today, and my package is still in Aalborg depot. the reason why?!
i called today dpd aalborg depot, asking why my package was not delivered again today (eventhoug they promised on friday) when the lady kindly told me: the reason is the snow. snow? i asked. the snow snowed in aalborg 2 and a half week ago, and since than the life went back to normal, the roads are clean everywhere, it can not be a reason. than she was thinking, and said, the reason is the wind. whhhhhhhhhhhat?! she said, the deliver could not be happened because of the wind.
dont tell me, that in a country where from 365 days 340 its windy it cause problems in delivering.
dpd Denmark - or Aalborg is simply just a joke.
I can not understand how can this happen in a so developed country like Denmark.
But one thing for sure: never again use Dpd! ever!
