Cumbersome process of reporting damages
I have ordered a table and a chair which were delivered in two different packages. In both cases the packages came damaged, and the table suffered a damage which could be hidden by assembling the table such that the damage was facing downwards. The company required me to send a number of pictures (the process of reporting the damage should be simpler). I was given a discount of only 40 euros for what they claim to be a cosmetic damage. The damage was far from being insignificant and I believe a larger discount should apply.

My N of 1 experience with DPJ Workspace.com was abysmal, but this story points to systemic issues with the company.
They failed to deliver a desk on time, sending only an automated message about the delay. As a customer, I had to track the order myself, realizing something was wrong a week later.
David, their customer service agent, initially offered a replacement product that was 50% more expensive, which I accepted as a professional gesture. However, they later rescinded this offer. So even though my proactive behavior and invested time allowed them to better their operations, they offered no compensation or acknowledgment.
Moreover, without consultation, they split the delivery into two parts, forcing me to stay home from work for two consecutive days.
In total, I have invested over 4 hours dealing with this issue.
When considering a purchase from DPJ Workspace, I suggest you think about your hourly rate. It was not worth my time dealing with them and since they show no willingness to learn from their mistakes, outsourcing their errors to customers is likely to continue.
I strongly advise against using this company if you value reliability, proactive communication, and respect for your time.

I don't recommend this supplier. I had to wait far over a week for the product to be shipped and before it was shipped, I cancelled the order. When calling them, the number responded as being not in use. This cancellation was totally ignored. Now I'm risking paying costs for sending this back, while they ignored my cancellation. They may be cheap, but not trustworthy! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
Missing half of the product
My order was sent in two packages, the first delivered at my place,however, the second package was delivery at another address in a store called hornbach. I went to the store to try to pick up the package, and they could not find. I asked help to the company and UPS (their delivery company) but without success.
I have paid for a table which I don’t have fully and no help from the company!
