Very professional from start to finish from the office staff and the team on site. Good communication with customer throughout. Noted good health and safety approach and to the whole project. Very pleased on the result.

Had a great experience with this company after they fitted a gas boiler and loft insulation at my property for free under the ECO4 scheme.

Jo was lovely who arranged the install for me and Aaron was especially helpful dealing with my policy documents and explaining everything to me

I had loft insulation installed in January, the installers done a great job, they were friendly, and polite , there was no mess, and they kept me informed of the progress of the work I am very grateful and happy with the service I received many thanks

DPS did a brilliant job fitting my new boiler.
From the start with Jo in the office who was so friendly and helpful with all my questions, to the engineers who installed the boiler - very professional and cleaned up any mess that was made before they left. My house is now lovely and warm.

The chaps who did the loft insulation the boiler change and the electrician were all polite cleaned up as they went along never bothered me atall when finished explaining everything they had done and how things worked also said any problems ring and they come sort it out my son is a service engineer on the gas board even he said the boiler work was exceptional. I’m a retired electrician and what I saw that young chap do was also excellent work the insulation in the loft did not realize the thickness of it around would definitely recomend all these workers absolutely brilliant thank you ps all the office staff I came into contact on phone with were very polite helpful and credit to the firm they work for well done to you all

Excellent Company. Great communications and the different sets of Lads (Cavity wall & Loft insulation & Electrician) . All kept us in the loop as the jobs progressed. And all cleaned and removed any packaging
and took with them. I would highly recommend DPS
to one and all .

Excellent experience from start to finish. All of the staff from the office have been great with me and my family.

Booked a survey after enquiring online, I was told I would need to contribute which was fine. They came out two men who didn't take their shoes off or with covers but were polite. Anyway a day later I got told it's not worth their resources so won't be doing it! Absolute waste of time and when I went back to ask why I got no reply, just a message on WhatsApp saying they won't do it. Ridiculous. I have now had an operation due to cancer and was hoping I'd have this work done soon to help with keeping the house warm etc.

Perfect. All the team at DPS went out of there way to install our air source heat pump and solar panels. The CH system is working so well,ts so nice to come home to a warm house.

Everything as promised fast and excellent work pleased with everything

Review of DPS Energy & Heating Ltd ⭐☆☆☆☆

I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

In March 2025, DPS Energy sent installers to my home who arrived smelling of cannabis and were unfit to carry out the work safely. When I raised safeguarding concerns, Paula Ainsworth (Head of Eco) defended them, dismissed my complaint, and failed to escalate the matter to any senior manager or director.

Instead of investigating properly, DPS Energy withdrew from the job altogether and issued a so-called “final response” that misrepresented events and made out that I was the problem. At no point did they offer me an alternative team or escalate my serious safety and discrimination concerns.

This behaviour is unprofessional, patronising, and discriminatory. Customers should not be made to feel unsafe or gaslighted when raising genuine safeguarding issues. I have escalated this to the Energy Ombudsman and will be pursuing further action.
