Buyer beware! The product you buy has a short best used by date. And your price is not worth it. Buy from the company who makes the product for the best quality.

You get outstanding prices with DPS vs. other providers. Ordering is easy whether you use the website or call, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, and shipping happens instantly.

I spent an hour putting together a couple of hundred dollar order and different products to offset the $17.95 shipping fee against multiple items. They emailed me to say they were out of 3/4 of the products, but still wanted to charge me $17.95 to ship about $30 - $40 in products. They will consistently advertise products they don't have, then expect you to pay the full price shipping due to their inaccurate inventory tracking. It's such a pain to deal with this company. Either accurately list products for sale or offer free shipping....and when you mess up, you should eat the cost of shipping.

I’ve used DPS nutrition several times for my supplemental needs. Have never had an issue! Recently there was a nationwide shortage of a supplement and I began back and forth correspondence with Rich from the help desk in regards to my order. The absolute nicest guy and a guy you’d want to keep a conversation going with! Very impressed with service all around and Rich just being a friendly customer service rep which you hardly get any more! Thanks Rich!

I have to say that I have not yet received my product, but received emails from MaryAnn regarding the difference in the shipping and billing address. I have ordered online for years and NEVER had a company ask why there were two different addresses. I explained because I wanted it shipped to my job and the was asked where I worked. I found this very strange. And when I responded this was very odd, MaryAnn stopped responding.

Order went to wrong address, and I was told pretty much to get lose when seeking help from Maryanne - one of the reps.

I order from them one weak a go. My order is still not shipped and they dont even answer on email !

Many products to choose from and the prices are very reasonable. As soon as my order arrived (which was on time, BTW), I immediately ordered another product. That's how satisfied I am.

I placed order for isolate protein and I got charged for 62$ after few days I received phosphate salt pills .i called them and address the issue and they told me that are going to send my item right a way .after few more days I haven’t received my product and I called to see what’s the status of my shipment they said they don’t have the product ,no Apologies or admission. This company is scam,FRAUD AND shady . I wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

I don't use DPS too terribly often because i have a supplier thats closer. But since that supplier stopped carrying what i like, I always turn to DPS for it. They have great deals and a great selection. Being half the country away, it takes about 4 days to receive my goods (which isn't bad). My only issue is that many times i would like to order product, the website freezes upon me adding it to my cart and doesn't finish the action. When this happens there isn't much i can do so it usally leads me turning to ebay. I always come back though..

It took them a long time before warning me they couldn't charge my credit card because it's not a US issued credit card, they cancelled my order, no commercial gesture, please do never order your supplements there.

I had a very bad experience recently with DPS and won't be doing business with them again. I purchased 2 twin-pack bottles of a product therefore 4 bottles total and was charged for it, but when I received my package there were only 2 bottles. I immediately called and spoke to a man who said he'd take care of it and I'd receive the missing bottles in 1-2 days. After 4 days I never received anything and called back, this time speaking to a rather rude lady who told me they were out of the product and it would take 2 weeks to come back into stock. She said "I don't know why they didn't notify you but this is the situation." Instead I just opted for a 50% refund since 50% of my order was missing. The next day I saw the refund post and they had subtracted the total shipping cost from the refund which doesn't make sense since this was 100% DPS nutrition's mistake which they needed to correct. I called back and spoke to the same rude lady who proceeded to argue with me and then eventually agreed to refund me half the shipping. I was persistent with calling DPS and wasting so much of my time for the principle of not letting them rip off customers regardless of the $ amount, and for them to correct their own mistakes. Two days later I still didn't see a refund for the shipping so I called back and spoke to the same lady who said "It'll get done, we have to wait for our accountant to come in." Seriously an accountant just to issue a refund? I recommend just doing business with a reputable retailer instead of the unprofessional and very poor customer service at DPS nutrition.

I can't believe I forgot to fill this out when first presented. I can't say enough about the customer service provided by the team at DPS. I have tried to tell anyone that will listen in the fitness industry, my cust serv industry peers(have managed cust serv call centers) and at DPS where I can. I had forgotten to fill this out during the holidays because of the rush. I had placed an order earlier today that I meant to call to ensure all was in stock and would be shipped out today but forgot,. Low and behold a email pops up that they had taken care of it without me even having to call. That really made me remember that I forgot to fill this out. It may seem like a big word but the only one I can think to truly describe the quality is LEGENDARY! (lol, nope i do not work for DPS :))

Decent prices, but the price of protein keeps going up so the 20% discount is marginalized. Shipping quickness could improve. Sometimes when you order from DPS, they don't ship it immediately. I plan ahead for my shipments to make sure I am at home when it arrives. I've already had a package stolen from my door. Thankfully, DPS reimbursed me that time. I need my supplements shipped in a timely fashion. Just a little frustrated when I order early in the morning and DPS does not ship until the next day.

Can't find these MetRX bars cheaper anywhere. Shipping was quick.
