I am waiting for a Dell laptop delivery…

I am waiting for a Dell laptop delivery that was due to be delivered by DP World on 3/10/25.
Nothing has arrived and there is no means to find out when is the revised delivery date.
Neither the Dell website nor the DPWorld website offer any way of finding out more. Very frustrating.
I would just like to know if my order will actually arrive and when or whether I need to cancel and shop elsewhere.

Dreadful delivery company used by Dell

I'm another Dell customer waiting for a delivery. Like others, all was given yesterday was a 8am-6pm window. No updates & today I wait again!
All other courier companies manage regular updates & give you an allotted time. Communication from DP world is appalling.
Dell really need to find another courier company. This experience would stop me wanting to purchase Dell products in the future.

I would give 0 if possible

I would give 0 if possible. Again a Dell delivery. Allegedly tried to deliver twice I was in on both occasions. No card put through door. Checked house security camera and unsurprisingly no one attempted to deliver at the time stated or in the hour before or after!

Unreliable

Just read the review from Mr Locke who had the same experience yesterday. My delivery should have been here on 29th August according to Dell. I got a vague update with no explanation saying it was pending, then I had a delivery date of 4th so I arranged work around it and they changed it to today mid morning with no explanation. Change my work plans again and then today I stayed home from 8am and its now 5pm so they have an hour to deliver it. What courier company these days says you have to be in all day. Absolute pants. Wont buy Dell again and if they insist on using these clowns. I'll retract the clown name calling if they turn up in the next hour.

Worst delivery service in the UK

The customer care and delivery service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. After a month of waiting for my new computers to arrive, I am still waiting. Notice of delivery usually comes the night before delivery and they can only state that delivery will be between 8am and 6pm the next day. On each occasion I have had to cancel or rearrange a day's worth of meetings last minute in order to be available to take my delivery but even after 6 attempts I have still not received the delivery. The worst it is that the customer service and the delivery company are rude and blame me for their mistakes in passive/aggressive messages, suggesting that on each occasion I refused the deliveries. Which is not correct! . If a driver is lost, why cant they just phone the poor sod who is waiting for them rather than just clicking an app to say that the order was refused!! On one occasion they tried to deliver late at night (well after the 6pm stated) and blamed me for not being in the office, although I dont even know if they went to the right address.

Fraud not Fright

Two weeks of wrong messages by DP World. Dell Customer Service was helpless. Then the carrier just lied about having delivered the order without any proof (the link did not work/ error page). After having paid more than 2500 Euro I have still not received my order but instead I have to argue withe Dell now as they were lead to think, it was delivered. Dp World is obviously a fraudolous company.

P&O North Sea Ferries - A HUGE Let Down!

P&O North Sea Ferries;
The ship is really dated, have you changed any furniture since it was built. The Skylounge was cold, I was wearing a tee but ended up going to my room as it was chilly. Drinks prices are too expensive. Both ways the Costa Coffee shop wasn't opened on time, can the person manning it not get up early enough to open it on time? On Stenna Line all cabins have tv's, they are bigger cabins. Who thought putting the soap dispenser in the shower obviously didn't try standing with your back to the shower as you can't as the dispenser sticks out too far. Why do you bother putting the picture up in the cabin, it's hardly inspiring? Why where your staff trying banging on the cabin doors with their card keys so early, I answered it to be told "you can go to the lounge now", it wasn't time to go to the car deck 7, so why are you trying to get people out? I could hear them knocking on the cabins from half way down the corridor. Is it not possible to wash the windows in the skylounge between crossings, surely 12 hours is enough - you could hardly see through them. And I know you can't do anything about it, but your ships vibrate too much, not like that on Stenna Line. I live just outside Hull, but I will be making the trip to Harwich next year as I feel totally let down by the experience....

I ordered a Dell monitor on 1st…

I ordered a Dell monitor on 1st December and they have sent me an email saying it will be delivered to me on 4th December so I took a day off and waited at home but no delivery came. I then took another day off 5th Dec and 6th Dec but still no delivery came. It is now 7th Dec and I am still waiting.

I tracked the item but the delivery to my address is still pending ???

I advice that Dell should use a different courier company bc many people have complained .

its disgusting that a Dubai owned company is locking out ILWU Local 514 in Canada along with BCMEA . The men and woman of said Local work long and hard to off load their cargo!!! They deserve to get fairly compensated for their work!!! The fact that they are locked out of work from a foreign company is quite disturbing to say the least!!Timeto find a different shipper for all of your needs !!
