Draganfly are responsive and helpful

Draganfly are responsive and helpful. When you call you'll get through to someone who *actually knows* what they're talking about - is this a first in the industry? Their parts quality is great. Their website can be a little confusing as they have so many parts but it's worth the effort. Toby's Top Tip: Consider them first.

Not very good at what they do

The staff are friendly enough, but they get things wrong far too often. They endeavour to put these things right, but at extra expense to the customer and they never apologise.

These guys are good

These guys are good. They are one of a small number of UK sites that cater really well for owners of British classic motorcycles. They have a very large range of parts for these bikes and can meet most people's needs. They are also very good about returns, if the part isn't what you wanted, or you ordered too many, they will take it back. Unusually good! This is a main reason why people use them - if Draganfly don't list it then the part is not widely available. They do list parts that are out of stock and use this to sense unmet needs that they get around to looking at themselves - on variable timescales however. They pioneered a diagram-based way of identiying parts and have a loyal following, one of whom is me. About the only area where I get frustrated sometimes is that there can be a delay of several days between placing an order and hearing from them that they are even processing it. I appreciate that they must be very busy, so I don't mention it to them, but if they could get the parts out a bit faster I wouldn't complain :-)
All in all, one of the good companies that keep old Brit bikes on the road!!!

These guys are fantastic

These guys are fantastic - super helpful on the phone and always keen to help with finding the right part for you. Great returns policy, nothing is an issue. Bigger companies could take a lesson in customer service here!

I have been using Draganfly for BSA Spare Parts.

I have been using Draganfly for BSA Motorcycle Parts for around 3 years. In that time I have nothing but praise for their staff and their service.

If they don't have the part you want they will try and source it for you and they can also make quite a lot of parts in their own machine shop.

They will send Ariel, BSA and Triumph motorcycle parts all over the world no problem.

Hope this review of Draganfly gives you confidence to use them for your British Motorcycle Parts.
