Reserving a table ahead of time, we arrived punctually, yet it took an hour just to place our order. Our dishes arrived late, and three were missed entirely, leaving the accompanying sides like rice and chips cold by the time the main dishes finally arrived. Although the cuisine itself was quite enjoyable, the service was far from satisfactory. This kind of experience could easily deter loyal patrons if the management cares. They did knock off the price of two ice creams on a substantial group order, acknowledging the service hiccup, but it wasn’t enough of a consolation for the issues we faced.

Very disappointing indeed dreadful food, flabby prawns, fatty duck, dry noodles all dishes well below par in a tired environment

booked a table in advance, arrived on time, waited an hour to order, food was served with delay in bringing out dishes, three dishes forgotten by which time the food that complimented the dishes were cold (rice & Chips). The food was good but the service was terrible. certainly a way to lose regular customers if you are bothered. Oh nearly forgot discounted two ice creams from a large order for a big group so the poor service was acknowledge but not really compensated sufficiently.
