DragonMart email doesn'r work, selling fake leaking mixersmixer

1) DragonMart shows special email for complains - nakheelmalls.ae but the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
2) unfortunately I got a bad experience with mixers from your shop Kinhil Trading № GAD-1.
I bought one kitchen mixer at the end of 2024 but it leaked. I came back and changed it - again leakage. I bought a mixer from Al Qouz shop and it works perfectly for several months. Kinhil Trading in GAD-1 promised to give me money back but refused yesterday.

Scam

We ordered a full set of outdoor Christmas decorations, which was dropped at our place damaged and in a wide opened box. No customer service so we’ve lost AED 800 in the process. Avoid

2 weeks no delivery and no refund for 2-4 weeks!

Placed an order for light fittings. They call me after a week to say the supplier is doing their best to deliver and they will get back to me.
After 2 week I get a call saying the supplier does not have stock and they will cancel my order and refund my money after 14-30 days.

Im still waiting for the refund. How is this a reliable online shopping portal?
