Superb service from a great team. I had an issue with the drainpipe and roof gutter, starting to cause interior mold and damp. Nobody could get around for weeks, and were asking silly money. Luckily I tried Drainage Consultants. A very friendly and polite team turned up and made a difficult job look so easy. Exceptional price and quick turnaround with a thorough explanation of the work that had been done. I could not have asked for better. I highly recommend using the company for anybody with similar issues.

Quite frankly the worst company I have ever encountered. I had 3 blocked gullys and Drainage Consultants Ltd came to repair them. It's a shame I can't attach photos because words will never fully capture how awful the repair was. However if you want to see them they're publicly available on Facebook.
I had to get them to come back out at least 4 times to repair the work and had the pleasure of listening to the workers slagging me off. This was 6 months ago and they STILL haven't completed the work.
They came out again for what I assume to be the 5th time to repair a pipe they just neglected to repair the first 4 times and left an inch of mud all up my paths.
They have a poor work ethic, poor standards and subpar work, like another commenter has said "Terrible company. Would never deal with again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Hope they go out of business soon."

The second time we have used this company. From the office staff to the engineers, fantastic service. Fixed the problem swiftly. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my sInk not draining. I spoke to the council buildings control dept but they were very evasive and suggested I spoke to a drain engineer. I found Drainage Consultants on line and spoke to Richard Buxton. Very helpful discussion. Problem solved.

After reporting blocked drains in the front and back garden the next day Drainage Consultants Ltd came to investigate. Gully drains needed replacing.

Work was high quality and because we have an autistic son who panics when people come into the garden area without masks and social distancing the two workers had masks on, social distanced, and rang me up instead of knocking on the door. Was given brand new ear defenders for our son because they had to brill etc

So not only did the guys do high-quality work they also supported my son.

Fully recommended.

Emailed 3 times (enquiries and sales), rang once, in October and November. They seem pretty determined not to answer.

Companies who ignore prospective customers are unlikely to up their professional standards if they ever do get round to offering their services.

Had a CCTV drain survey for my property from Drainage Consultants. Glad we did. They did a great job and everything went nice and smoothly. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Going through the house buying process and our surveyor asked us to get a CCTV drainage survey done. I Googled for local companies and decided to go with Drainage Consultants.

First of all, it took 3 days to try and arrange the survey. Trying to get the company and the estate agents to arrange it was impossible.

Finally, the survey was carried out and we were told it would be 5 working days until we got the report. After 8 working days (close to 2 weeks), we got the report and passed it onto our lender. Our lender said the report was inconclusive and they couldnt use it, and asked them to respond to some follow up questions. It's been another 5 working days and after promises and promises of "we will make this a priority", I still havent recieved anything. When I ring up, the staff do not apologise for the poor service they offer and act as if it's business as usual and not uncommon to have customers ring up every day and chasing them.

Terrible company. Would never deal with again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Hope they go out of business soon.
