Unauthorised use of water and damage to my property
Drain Defence were hired by my neighbours to complete a job on their house. Drain Defence staff used my water without asking to do the job. After being scolded under the shower because they were using my water and my partner coming in to tell me our tap was being used I had to get out and ask them to stop. No apology was offered. They then removed my tap connector and put it on my neighbours tap and cross threaded it so badly I’ve now had to go out and buy a replacement. I’ve asked for them to reimburse me for the cost of the water and the tap connector but they have completely ignored me. To top it all off my neighbours said they didn’t even fix their problem. In summary don’t hire these people who create more problems than they fix.
