Drake & Morgan Fat Tony’s Full Fat Brunch

We attended Drake & Morgan event for Fat Tony’s Full Fat Lunch on the 13 December it was possibly the worst meal I have ever eaten the turkey was like a piece of leather the potatoes were black and didn’t even resemble potatoes, more like off lemons and everything was cold and quite frankly inedible. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. I have written several emails to complain since our visit and yet no one has even had the curtesy to reply, pretty disgusting really.

We attended Gospel brunch at Bank on…

We attended Gospel brunch at Bank on the 30th November 2025. The Gospel was good, however the food was awful, it cold, and tasteless. even the desert.
like many peopel who have attended the gospel brunch before , many peopel complained about the food.

My friend who was a vegetarian, the starter had 1 thing on the menu that he could eat, the main was poor.

Chips were disgusting, (I have never been anywhere where chips have been badly made). Overall the food needs to be looked at in urgency .

Bland chewy overpriced food

I went with my family to the one near Kings Cross. I ordered the roast chicken dinner. Chicken was tasteless, roast potatoes were tough and chewy (they'd probably been around a while), yorkshire pudding tasted burnt. Yuck! Would have had a better meal at Wetherspoons down the road! Never again

Very Bad Corporate Experience with Manager

I arranged a corporate event for 75+ people at Devonshire Terrace. The event went well. There was, however a lot of bottles of wine and prosecco left over, at least 30 bottles. When I asked the Manager if we could collect them the next day she was so rude and unprofessional the language she used was unnecessarily hostile and aggressive. To be fair I should had clarified if it would be possible when I made the booking but as I have had no problem doing this at other venues I didn't realize it would have been a problem as we had prepaid for everything, in which case we wouldn't have ordered quite so much and had a tab instead. It is one thing not to be given something you have paid for, but to be so rude about it is another. She said that we was lying and had no proof, we do have proof as many pictures was taken at the end of the night full buckets in view. This will probably be the first and last booking for a corporate event at a Drake & Morgan venue.
