Great customer service, Fast Communication and delivery

Ordered 4 items on the annual Archive Sale. And this review is solely on my experience with this.

I wanted to return two items, but due to the fact that the UK is no longer part of the EU, Drake's doesn't provide return rights. This is stated at the very bottom of the checkout page. I didn't notice it or check the rights since I have ordered from them before and returned items with no problem.

Also, the items I ordered dropped by 50% only three days after I ordered them.

I am sure they have their reasons to do this but to be honest, I feel deceived as a customer. Not worthy of a "luxury" brand like Drake's.

It’s a poor way to operate an e-commerce, and the service provided by the Drake's team is substandard.

My Jean Jacket arrived a day earlier than expected.
It showed up in a very classy box too.
I tried the Jacket on and the fit is perfect !!!
After a close inspection I realized the quality of the workmanship in the making of this Jean Jacket.
It is without a doubt the best one every made.

After emailing Drakes for replacement buttons on my Black Watch work shirt, Amber at Drakes responded quickly to my email & is now sending on replacements by courier free of charge (I had offered to pay) so I can back to wearing one of my faves - great customer service - thanks Amber!

Great products and great quality. Fast delivery. Shopped many times and will order again for sure. But, please consider having a gift wrapping option in the future. A brand such as Drake's cannot ship products in a simple tissue paper when you specifically request gift wrapping by email, especially during Christmas. You must elevate the shopping experience when you put some much efforts at being a leading luxury brand. The little brochure that is included is not enough.
Again, love everything you do but that really surprised me, thus the comment.

I have had fantastic customer service from Drake’s. I accidentally selected the wrong size and the team was so helpful in coordinating a return. Clothing is exquisite from top notch materials to exceptional craftsmanship.

It seems like ‘customer service’ was left out of Drake’s business model. I received a defective product and just a simple exchange would have suffice and that’s not even included in your customer service.
