Perfect perfect

I found the soles are very different from a previous pair of Camilla that I had these soles are very thin the last ones were much more rebust I have stone floors so you can feel the cold more the soles also seem to catch and drag on rugs which I didn’t have the problem before,why change such a great product.

I love this company. They listened patiently to my concerns and I am looking forward excitedly to shortly getting the Camilla 2 slippers in the size and colour to suit. I needed to size up from the first pair I tried but in case the leap is too much I have ordered insoles as well. The quality of the sheepskin is buttery soft and the slippers are beautifully and robustly made. Just divine: warmth + style = very happy customer 🤗

I ordered a pair of sheepskin gloves which are so warm and fit perfectly. Unfortunately the sheepskin slippers had sold out in my size. But customer service first of all let me know both by telephone and email. A refund was sent immediately. I would definitely recommend this company.

I really can't rate Drapers highly enough. I ordered a pair of their lovely slippers on a Tuesday they were with me by Thursday, wow what a Service!
