Cheap material no refund doesn't look anything like what they show

⭐️ Very Disappointing – Product Not as Advertised

I paid $77 for a hoodie based on the photos and claims on this website, which promised high-quality fabric and good design. What I received was completely different. The item looks like cheap printed clothing and does not match the website pictures at all.

The quality is extremely poor — honestly, it feels like something worth only a few dollars. I opened the package and immediately realized I had been misled.

This experience feels like false advertising. The product delivered is nowhere near what was shown online. I regret this purchase and would not recommend this company.

Be careful before purchasing with them

The product I have received is completely different from what was advertised and purchased. Very low cost looking and poor quality.
Seller requested to ship the product to China on my cost to proceed with refund.
I treat it as a scam.
In case of no refund, I will open a dispute via payment provider buyer program.
Edit: 25.2. Refund provided immediately when payment provider stepped into dispute.

An utter con. Disgraceful ! Advertised as knitted patterned hooded top came as a cheap, synthetic parody of the item advertised. Outrageous scam. Avoid like the plague !!

Scam website and you will never be given a refund, I have reported them to the federal fraud authority for investigation.

Scam, Ripoff, Stay away from this Chinese Company! They have no Phone number, no Online Chat, only an email. I would’ve gotten better quality clothing at the Goodwill Clearance Rack! Total and Complete Crap. Bought 3 expensive items that were gifts. The pictures of the clothing were not the items received. They are cheap material, not what is shown, not even remotely close. They are all synthetics with messy prints. Would not even use them for dog bedding.
They lure you in with these beautiful pictures, then send you CRAP. If there was a -minus system for stars, they would be at a -5. STAY AWAY

Long delivery time. When arrive colour not as advertised. Gant obviously not genuine, no labels confirming size or any washing instructions. Stitching around collar likely to unravel on first wash. Very disappointed will not be using this company again.

dravox is my worst online shopping experience. The items I saw on the site are the opposite of what I paid for. they are not sweaters but terrible synthetics with a messy print. I asked them to return my money (I have the right as an injured customer) they have been lying for a long time...they invented that their account was blocked due to huge payments, which of course is impossible. do not cooperate with DRAVOKS, KITTWST and the like, they are the same company, so don't be fooled.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This website should be shut down. It is a total scam. What is on the website to order are nice knitted sweaters. What you receive is a cheap sweatshirt with a zipper and stenciled lines to make it look like a sweater.
When you try to return it, they keep coming up with excuses. There isn’t a phone number only an email address.
I have reported them to BBB but I’m not sure how successful it will be since they are in China.
Please stay away from this website!!

Never buy from this store. Every product is a scam. Everything you see on the website is not what it looks like in real life.

Awful awful! I received a jacket which was nothing like the image and description online. I immediately emailed the company.
This has now been 10 weeks and no refund or return address given. I made it clear I would not use the company again. They still tried to push coupon vouchers but I did not want that. I was happy to front the cost of the return but I was so dissapointed with the item.

I keep getting emails of " i will make sure this goes to the relevant departments', this is a joke of a company and I don't think anyone should use this.

Item ordered 12/3, it’s been over a month and a half and I’ve received nothing. Item promised before Christmas. Once I mentioned refund, I stopped getting poorly worded AI answers. $90 down the drain. This company is a scam

I wish I never bought from this company!! I ordered a "knitted" sweater and one of the t shirts 3-4 weeks before Christmas. It arrived just in time for Christmas , but what I received was a very thin blurred screen print of a knitted sweater and a blurred screen print t shirt in a completely different color. The material feels very cheap like the ones you can find at discount stores! On Dec 26, I asked for a refund via email since the products I received were nothing like what they advertise on their website, plus they sent the wrong color. (I sent them pictures per their request). After a few days they replied with instructions for me to contact them in another 7 days as they review my request. So I contacted them again after another week and I have yet to hear back from them! It's now Jan 17th and still no instructions on return and still no refund!!
