Absolute scam, they don’t send the product you see on their adverts, it’s cheap nasty crap. The pictures are AI generated. I hope this company gets closed down, absolutely shocking way to behave. I found out that the pictures were fake and the products awful so I asked for a refund, they said they would but didn’t. The products awful I received was an awful polyester printed item. This is disgraceful behaviour.

Absolute rubbish… the coat I ordered is not even a coat, it is very thin material like blouse, the design doesn’t match the picture and it is also fading… very disappointed and spent so much money…. It doesn’t match the picture not even 5%. I will be requesting a refund.

Scammers! The product does not match the description. The photos do not reflect reality. They are selling horrible, cheap synthetic material with a printed design.

First time buyer with Dravoks company. Overall, great selections and the website was easy to manage/browse.

Ordered a viking long womens knit jacket . It was a total fake with a print not knit no liner or anything . Try to send back spent a week and ended up saying so to the high cost of shipping to China it will be a lot of money . So they were willing to give me a 10 percent off next order . There will be no next time . Don't order . No address to website no phone number . Be careful stay away

This company is a complete scam and straight out of China... None of the products are anywhere close to what they show in the images... they are cheaply printed patterns on cheap jersey material.... nothing hand made... no woven... They claim to be a US company but once they have your money they give you the run around and then send you their crappy product and take your money...

The website is easy enough to navigate, & purchasing was easy. But contact with the company is lacking. There is no phone number available or chat button & the email is the only way to contact them. I have asked about where my order is twice with not so much as a word back. I ordered last week & it still says awaiting shipment. I know its crazy with holidays & all, but a simple response would go a long way.

I ordered a hoodie for my husband for Christmas. I DID NOT AT ALL RECEIVE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. I ordered a knit insulated hoodie. I received a screen print non insulated hoodie that I paid over $80 for after shipping. No label in the jacket at all. Just a size L tag . I also found the same hoodie you sent me on temu for $21. You took over $80 with shipping for a CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP temu screen print jacket. Not the insulated knit hoodie that your company had advertised. Google reviews says that you don't honor returns, refunds, or exchanges. I'm really upset being as the advertised hoodie was all my husband asked for at Christmas. I can NOT disappoint him with a hoodie that our 11yo son modeled in the pictures to show the product misrepresentation. I want my money back or I want the advertised product. You all scammed your customers.

Ordered a cape for here for £100. When it arrived it was nothing like the picture advertised. It was an image printed on the material. It was false advertisement. Now they will not accept a return and give a refund.

I'm trying to track my order and it is not letting me even when I entered my order number and my email or phone number it tells me that my email is not valid and my phone number

I just received two jackets and they have nothing to do with what I saw in the catalog
beware it's a scam

Good so far. I expect quality in whatever garments purchased. Prompt delivery is important. The right fit is also important too!

Order placed on 9th of December, till now no update or information on delivery (shipment) status, looks like Dravoks will deliver whenever they want, so due to described above this was my first and last order!
