From my call for a quote to the completion of the installation of my new boiler all staff were polite and very helpful. On site, all my questions were answered and workers explained clearly what they were doing. Thank you Drayton for a great job.

We had a boiler fitted at our commercial site in Crowthorne in December 2025.The service was fast efficient and well managed from start to finish.Credit to Steve Drayton. The guys( Douglas) fitting the boiler were on time, polite and tidy. all round first rate.The installers did a first class job, they were very skilful and competent. Would definitely recommend them. Dealing with the team at Drayton was very easy, following a site survey my quote was with me within the day, an installation date quickly sorted and a clean and tidy installation carried out by Jack the following week. I would throughly recommend Drayton if you are considering a new boiler.

Steve of Drayton Boilers gave a clear and comprehensive survey and quotation for replacement boiler work.
The two heating engineers George and Ollie were very hard working and polite throughout.

Recently contacted Drayton in the vain hope of being able to obtain a new battery cover for an old digistat +3 which is now discontinued. I knew it was a long shot but the digistat looked awful on the wall after a tenant helpfully removed the old one and lost it. I spoke to Michelle in customer services who after a couple of moments identified one and asked for my details so she could post it to me. When I asked how much I owed she told me it was FOC! Wonderful service and and a friendly helpful person to speak to. Well done Drayton!

Excellent service and engineers very good

From quotation with Steve, to installation with George and Ollie, we had no issues at all. Steve demonstrated an excellent understanding of boilers and oversaw the installation. George’s skill as a plumber and making good the external brickwork was outstanding. Ollie had the struggle of removing the seriously heavy old boiler. All were polite and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend them…

We have been using Drayton since a new boiler was installed in 2013 by them and subsequently serviced annually, and found them 100% great!
We have just had a new boiler installed after the maintenance engineer advised that there were some significant repairs needed this year due to wear and tear.
The whole process was quick and efficient from start to finish, from quoting to installation.
Their engineers were so efficient, on time, explaining what was happening at each stage, tidy, laid down carpet protectors, couldn't fault them. Jack, the installation engineer was so polite and personable, a real credit to the company.
We'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Have used Drayton for several years now. They installed and service our boiler. They just recently installed some new radiators for us. They are very efficient - from 1st contact, to home visit and estimate of work, to sending a written estimate and even a courtesy call the day before work to advise on the engineer attending and the time of arrival. All work we have had done has always been of a high standard. It's a very efficient and expert service and at a fair price.

Straightforward, honest and reliable choice to install a new boiler. Steve, Jack and Oli did a great job and were nice people to have working in your home. Would not hesitate to recommend Drayton to friends and family.

I've been using this family run company for several years for annual boiler checks. The boiler was 14 years old so time to replace so had a new gas boiler and radiators replaced. Excellent communication and informed of all visit times, very polite and tidy installers, good communication as to how the job was coming along. Very happy with all aspects of the installation.

We had a boiler failure and sought out an approved contractor to come and repair/replace the boiler for us.
Draytons came out almost immediately to review and quote the works. The quote arrived the following day and due to the system failure was programmed in within a day or two. Guys on site were professional and efficient and the whole job undertaken to a very high standard and well explained on completion. I must say I was rather pleased I picked Drayton's and they are by far the best plumbing Company we have found in some time
