They closed my account with no reason given after I put nearly £100 on my account. In putting my last deposit of £25 the account closed and since then they have ignored my request of refund of the £25 that was on my account at point of closure. I have sent 7 emails without reply. This like all other @Betway casinos have the worst live chat and you can be waiting hrs to get to a chat agent and when you do the lie and say 24-48hrs for refund. This happened on 4th may and I'm still getting nothing from them on 11th. Stay clear of all betway owned Casinos as the service is the worst.

I attempted to join dream bingo yesterday. I filled in the necessary online form whereupon I was asked to supply my ID in the form of driving license and a utility bill which I did. I am still waiting to be able to deposit. I contacted them today via chat to ask why Dream Bingo take so long to make you a member I was informed they we were waiting for a response from their customer service team. I have decided not to become a member of this site they are totally useless I gave them 1 star because the rating doesn’t go any lower
Really?? Dream bingo 8 out of 10?? When ive played there the lines are something like 36p win lol, Ok you get half decent bonus from deposit BUT you cant spend it anywhere except bottom of the barrel rooms ....36p line win......I totted up fair amount in bonus money from numerous deposits because i like the slots here....it took me weeks and maybe months to spend it because your limited to couple of rooms and the amount of tickets you can buy......Dream bingo is in the dark ages and need to take a look at the likes of gamesy sites such as sun, jackpotjoy because at these your not limited on tickets plus you can play slots with bonus money and wagering is really low....dont bother at Dream.....more like nightmare!!
