We're sorry about the stock shortage with your order. We sell through multiple platforms and although we keep accurate stock levels and do regular stock checks from time to time we can oversell a product. Usually in this situation we're able to order stock in to fulfil any outstanding orders, however all of our suppliers had sold out and didn't have any more due in stock any time soon.
It is very rare that happens and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused!
Sickest brand ever
Sickest brand ever.. However sizing is a bit off. I ordered a small t shirt and the sleeves looked like I was wearing Simon from inbetweeners top. I then ordered a M (long sleeve) and I look pretty hench in it tbh. However, I wanted an oversized look.
Bottom line is go one size up.

I've had a look into this and can see your order took around 2 weeks to arrive which is longer than our usual delivery time of < 5 days to Germany. There were a few delays earlier this year due to Brexit & Covid, but shipping times to all international destinations are now much quicker and more reliable :)

Best customer service I’ve ever had
Best customer service I’ve ever had! When they were out of stock of an item I’d ordered they went above and beyond to try and get me a hoodie that I wanted ! Great communication and all round lovely company. Shout outs to Bryony for being so nice. Will definitely be ordering more from this brand based on how great they treated me and also their clothes are fresh.

Shipping to Germany took about a week, that's fine I guess. If you want to wear the products oversize, you should go up at least 1 size.

Amazing Customer Experience and Service
Having ordered a few t-shirts from DBDNS, I found that I ordered the wrong size and needed them changed. It turns out this process was incredibly easy and their customer service handled it in a very helpful and friendly manner.
They didn't even think twice when I asked for an exchange, they were happy to do a straight swap and I got my new clothes in around a week.
They even threw in some candies with the returns! (Which, by the way, were very tasty)
A great experience and the quality of the clothes is obviously brilliant. Will be back soon!
