We ship 95% of orders from our studio, but a few products are shipped from a different supplier. The parcels are shipped within the same time frame and via the same service so should arrive around the same time.
We do message customers to inform them when their order will arrive in 2 parcels, so I'm sorry to hear that there was an issue with this on your order.

I can see that you opted for free delivery which is a non tracked delivery service. We do offer tracked delivery to the US, but charge for this.
We are also going to be trialing a new shipping method for international customers which will cost the same as our current shipping options, but will be much quicker at 2-4 working days instead of 5-10 working days.
