Disappointing corals and complaint…

Disappointing corals and complaint handling

I am an experienced Euphyllia torch coral keeper and grower. I ordered three “Sun of God” torches, but to my eye they look virtually identical to my existing Hellfire / Dragon Soul corals and unlike the Sun of God I previously bought from Dreamcorals.

I supplied comparison photos under the same lighting. The seller maintained that the correct corals were sent, but the explanation did not resolve my concerns. I felt my complaint was dismissed.

I have also included photos showing the poor condition of torch corals received in earlier orders.

These experiences have damaged my trust in this shop. I would not order again.
