Made an order paid the money and received nothing. The contact addresses available all do not work. My emails return as "address not found".
It's a fake website. I could not reach anyone from the business, could not cancel my order and did not receive a refund.

Was expecting something great but got something amazing! Beautiful design and incredible quality.

Customer service absolutely awful, still waiting a response

I received this sweater and the writing graphic on the back is slanted. First, customer service said the writing was intentionally supposed to be slanted. Although, the photos online and the tiktoks of people modeling this sweater, the writing on the back is straight. There is a discrepancy between the product photo and the description. The description did not indicate that the text on the back of the sweater would be crooked. Later, customer service said, oh maybe there may have been batches produced with the slanted text design? Or maybe we’ll proceed with straight text going forward. Either way, they refuse to issue me a full refund too unless I ship back the sweater. Even if I ship back the sweater, I still have to pay for my own shipping expenses. I’m very disappointed.

Their clothes quality is good. Also the Custumer Service is helpful, they help me with returning items and processed the store credit fast. If you live in Vancouver then it will be free to drop off your return in downtown. Highly recommended

i never leave reviews tbh but i made a mistake when ordering and when i contacted customer support they were completely understanding and fixed the issue right away

I ordered an XL sweatshirt and small sweatpants. I washed them once and the sweatshirt fits like a small now, which is manageable. But the sweatpants DO NOT fit at all, and cannot be worn. I contacted their customer service and haven't heard back. I washed them in cold water on a delicate cycle and hung them to dry. I have much experience with washing delicates and have never had this happen.

Tried to buy some items and processed with the order for next day delivery.

When messaged a few days later to ask for shipping details as my items have not been deliverer the next day, they partial refunded me and ignored my message. Emailed them again about my refunds and no reply. Do not shop there its a scam!
