DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! Disgusted with the customer service as person make things up as they go along., very sloppy and nonchalant about your issue ..I bought a replacement controller for a heated throw according to their website and it did not work, so called to say wanted to send back for refund.. guy says it must be the throw that’s not working.. I said old controller still works on the throw so not that.. he then switched up to I bought wrong controller so my fault.. I bought according to website and he said I could have refund if I post it back.. I said I can’t go out of house so need a collection he said you either pay return postage or their returns label would cost me more by deduction of their higher postage rate.. firstly the website advised wrongly then he tried to say it was the throw, then said I selected the wrong controller, anything to get out of this.. sounded like I’d woken him from his bed and was plain rude and dismissive…
