Things Are Looking Up?

If there were no stars that is what I would have selected! From the process of the purchase of a used car, the intelligence of the sales team, finance team, etc...the mechanical problems we have had for the past three months of owning the car with an extended warranty and the fight with the dealership in getting them to take care of the repairs...the entire dealership and all of its departments SUCK! There is nothing good to say about Dream Nissan Midwest, nothing! Do not go there, do not buy a car there, do not-do not-do not!

So yesterday, May 4, 2026, after sending an email to the general manager of the dealership, later in the day I received a call from, I think his name is Brad, and he has told me how he is going to do the right thing by his customers and get the issues with the car/warranty company, etc...all taken care of. So after he called me several times yesterday we might be moving in the right direction of getting the issues with the car repaired.

However, today May 5, I received a call from Brad and he was very straight forward and explained how I hurt his feelings, etc...with my review. I told him this, just like I am leaving on Trustpilot today... hopefully my entire review will change for the better after this car situation is finalized.

Every time I have used the service dept the only people that are nice and seem to have customer service skills are Ashley/Haley/Jason. Everyone else that I have dealt with is TBD.

Won’t Be Back

Refused to honor free oil changes that was paid for when bought the car from previous owner Autocenter Nissan. Told me I could drive to Herculaneum (over a hour away) where Autocenter has moved to, but they won't be honoring any of their oil change contracts. If you buy a business you should be taking care of the customers that paid for services.
