If I can give 0 stars I would without…

If I can give 0 stars I would without hesitation

After my training which I completed almost all modules with 85 90 % correct answers

On the last module about hardware and software they gave me 75 poins minimum was 80 with excuses that my internet speed wasn’t good and my internet speed was 80.50 which is more than enough

They said my computer is not capabele but I have done and open their programs and worker in preparation for the job as they request without problem and I passed the exam

I spend daily more than 5 hours working on for 0€ payment than later they said they gons close my account explanation my computer is not good enough so how? If I alredy showed you and I have been working!?

FOR FUTURE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO APPLY PLEASE STAY AWAY UNLES YOU WANT TO BECOME FREE WORKER THAN LATER BANED FOR NO REASON!

The community is great

The community is great, the team leader, supervisor, and colleges all are amazing, the time of the shift is not bad at all, but the scheme of the salary as not so great because most of indicators depending on luck not my effort, like the cx score, most people don't give attention to the email of cx.other thing is the accuracy, most of the mistakes are not on our hand, like the one minute chat respond, if I wanted to explain something to the passenger, it takes time to write the message, and it's not good to write to the passenger I need 3 minutes between every message, also there is cases takes more than 40 minutes, and we have to make a reminder for them to manage our time rating, and it's also a mistake, thank you for all what you doing for us and have a good day you all

Professional well structured training but unresponsive support by my experience still in training phase intensive I wonder if income is guaranteed
