The Adjustable foot Rest with Massage Roller was missing the nuts needed to attach the bolts to the frame so could not assemble it. I called and was told that the nuts would be sent. June5 a box came in the mail, it was damaged the footrest was also. and there were no nuts for the bolts. I don't know where the foot rest comes from originally but it would save time and eliminate frustration if they would attach the nuts to the bolts. Bottomline I still do not have a useable item.
