Great experience at the Basingstoke shop! The staff member was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to test different beds without any pressure. We went home to thinking and diced same day.

We had an excellent experience at Dreams thanks to Harry. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable from the moment we arrived. He took the time to explain all of our options clearly, including the sleep assessment machine that helps find the best mattress for you and your partner.

Buying a mattress can feel like quite an odd experience, but Harry immediately put us at ease and made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. We really appreciated that he listened to our budget and didn’t try to push us towards the most expensive mattress. Instead, he gave honest advice and helped us find the best option for us.

Excellent customer service throughout. We’d highly recommend asking for Harry if you’re looking for a new bed or mattress.

Amir was amazing and really knew his stuff! Helped us figure out what was best for us and my son. He took care with the cost too which is rare in salesmen!

Amanda at the Team valley gateshead store gave us the royal experience. We bought a cheap mattress moving into our latest property and it only lated a year before we started looking for a replacement. We found the one with amanda, she hydrated us, put us on sleep match, lets us pick our pillows and we tried the different beds recommended by the robot. My god we found one that fixed my back almost instantly. Definitely recommend the Dreams store, you spend a third of your life in bed, do it right at Dreams.
