I have only one complaint. Last year they deleted one of my most popular images that had been up on their site for years without saying a word. I uploaded it again. That one was also deleted so I wrot... See more

They were always prompt and helpful. Also it's one of the agencies I started with back in 2010.

I had a very positive experience using this platform. The website is easy to navigate, and the content is well-organized, making it simple to find exactly what I need. The quality of the resources is excellent, and everything feels professional and reliable.
What stood out most was the wide variety of options available and how quickly I could access and download what I was looking for. The overall user experience is smooth, and the service delivers exactly what it promises.
I would definitely recommend this to others who are looking for high-quality and convenient solutions. Keep up the great work!

GOT CHARGED for a FREE trial, EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED WELL BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE (three days prior to expiry). Reason being due to unexpected urgent life matters coming up, I wasn’t in a position to use any of the images at that time.
After disabling auto renewal I even received an email to resubscribe or lose the benefits. But when I logged in today AUTO RENEWAL was still OFF, somehow the SUBSCRIPTION still RENEWED and I got charged for something I explicitly cancelled. It seems several other uses have this issue too at this time. I also saw no mention of such a charge in the terms of service, and cancelled auto renewal under the "Payment Profiles" page as mentioned in their TOS (so this might most likely be a bug with the website)
I have not used the new subscription and it remains untouched. I’ve already contacted support via both the platform and email to the reviews address, and I’m currently waiting for a response.
Would really appreciate some assistance to resolve this issue. I will change this review and rating accordingly as any new updates arise.

I signed up for a free trial, couldn't download any photos without watermarks and so immediately cancelled the trial and stopped autopayments.
I'm unsure how but the website has now taken £22 from my card. Feels like a scam to me...

Reply from Dreamstime
Free trial only lets you download images with watermarks - which is absolutely useless to anyone! I cancelled right away and they had the audacity to charge my credit card a week later for the renewal. This is bordering scam.

I need help please. I subscribed to your service for a personal project (wanted to have aspen trees etched onto a shower door) I downloaded my image in two resolutions and saved them but they won't open.
Then since I hadn't resolved the issue kept my subscription another month and downloaded some other images for fun since I already paid for them--I cancelled my subscription April 3 and added the $.99 a month so I can still access my lightbox when I decide what to do with these images and got charged on April 4 for both the $25 and $.99 monthly charges. Can you take off the $25 and help me with how to open my original two downloads please?

You tricked me with 15 free photos and then charged me.

Best customer service Tom Templeman thank you again !

As other people also mentioned in their reviews, I've started my "free trial" only to find out that the images you are supposed to be able to download for free, are watermarked. I downloaded an "upgraded" version which I thought was covered by the "free trial" and the website charged me £23 (for one picture!). I contacted them via e-mail and as you can predict - they haven't replied.

Fraudulent advertising. The Opt in with the 15 images promo is pure scam, nothing is free. They lock the access behind a mandatory register first (I could understand that) however, once this data is given the condition to unlock changes asking the user to input credit card data, under the dark condition of a contract where there will be a charge monthly which then the user I guess will need more than 5 step to find how to cancel and some more to be able to do it.
So at this point they got your email, name and bank data for nothing. Garbage misleading content with watermarks.
Dreamstime.com is a painful site to interact with, and for the most part is due to how their marketing funneling consists in a vulgar cheap customer IQ pummeling.
If I had to guess what is Dreamstime.com targeting as their ideal lead, the first idea to pop into my head would be the most clueless vulnerable human being, animal or actionable thing able to put credit card data may be either, "the more uneducated the subject is, the better" or the whole digital divide old people,I mean, just lowlife scammers.

With more than 9000 files, including 7500+ videos, 0 sales in last 7 months. I doubted if they are stealing sales and earnings.
How come 0 sales in 7 months with those many number of files??
And customer support not responding to any mails, which shows the website is dead or they doing fraud

It is a great platform to sell images & videos

Do NOT use these services. I’ll tell you exactly what they did to me.
First I saw an image I wanted. It said it was free to download, but I had to enter my card details first. I thought fine, whatever, if it’s free.
Then I go to actually download the image and suddenly it says I have to pay for it. So I couldn’t even get the image I came for. Total waste of time.
After that I tried to unsubscribe or remove my card, and there is literally no clear option to do it. I looked everywhere.
I did find a “turn off auto-renew” button, so I clicked that thinking it would cancel anything connected to my card.
Then later I check my bank transactions and see they’ve taken $32 from me.
I’ve sent multiple support messages and they’re barely responding, extremely slow, and honestly I doubt I’ll even get my money back.
I would NOT recommend this service to anyone unless you enjoy getting messed around and having your money taken.
They push you to link your card first. Then they make it confusing to remove it or cancel anything. Then they charge you, and the refund process is slow, frustrating and a huge waste of time.
Feels like they just take people’s money and hope you give up trying to get it back.

I had an issue with a subscription charge while trying the free trial, but the support team handled it quickly and professionally.
They were very helpful, responsive, and resolved the situation by issuing a refund.
Because of the excellent customer service, I actually feel much more confident about the company and would consider using their platform in the future.
Thank you for the great support!
