Good range of videos and illustrations. Sometimes downloads are not easy or disrupted. Most often everything works well. Suggestion to bring more flexibility about exchanging an image for a video for example may be very useful. Over all satisfying experience. This has enhanced my possibilities for creative presentations and expressions.

Unfortunately, I haven’t had any sales. Only one image sold in a year, while on other stock platforms the situation is completely different.

I have never, ever, ever seen a more blatant example of bait and switch. Working on a project for a party my wife is planning and on a DIFFERENT site got a popup offering me a one-week free trial. OK. Signed up, gave my credit card info and as soon as I tried to download some images, it informed me I didn't have enough credits. I needed to spend $31 for my free trial to work.

The payouts are much higher. Thank you for existing and allowing authors to earn money during these difficult times.

I have been contributing to Dreamstime for some time, and overall I have a positive impression of the platform. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making navigation simple and intuitive. The upload process is well organized and easy to understand, which saves a lot of time. I also appreciate the AI assistance features that help with keywords and descriptions — it definitely makes workflow more efficient.

Another strong advantage is the exclusivity option for contributors, as well as the frequent photo contests. These opportunities motivate creators and make the platform feel active and engaging.

However, there are also some aspects that I find frustrating. Despite having a solid and carefully curated portfolio, the visibility of my page seems extremely low. Sales occur very rarely, and it is difficult to understand why the exposure is so limited. It would be helpful to have more transparency regarding how search ranking and visibility work.

Additionally, I do not fully understand why some of my model releases are rejected. All releases are properly completed, signed, and attached according to the guidelines, yet they are occasionally declined without clear explanation. More detailed feedback in such cases would be highly appreciated.

Overall, Dreamstime is a good platform with strong potential, but improving transparency in visibility and review decisions would significantly enhance the contributor experience.

I am very dissatisfied with the decision to move my 4-year-old images that have not been sold on Dreamstime into the free section. I do not agree with this policy.
These images may not have sold on your platform, but they are selling on other stock agencies. The low sales performance is related to your marketplace, not to the quality or relevance of my content.
Giving my work away for free without my consent devalues my portfolio and my effort as a contributor. I expect fair treatment and respect for my intellectual property.

My hobbies include traveling and photography, and I enjoy uploading photos to social media. On Dreamstime, we can upload our photos and sell them. In addition, we can also upload AI photos to Dreamstime, and the upload process is very easy.

I am a long-time contributor on Dreamstime and I am facing these issues:
Uploading titles and tags is very difficult, especially for multiple images at once.
A large number of my images (sometimes 50–100) get rejected due to reviewer mistakes. I receive messages saying the images were “selected by mistake” and are now rejected, with a request to re-upload them. This clearly shows an error from the review team and wastes a lot of contributor time.
Also, when I was new, I uploaded many similar images without knowing their market value. Now I want to delete those low-value and similar images permanently from my portfolio, but there is no easy bulk option.
Please improve review accuracy, upload workflow, and provide better tools for managing and deleting multiple images.
