Ordered a mug for my nurse supervisor that says something along the lines of her being an awesome nurse boss of awesome nurses (and yes her favorite gave her this mug). It came as promised in a timely fashion, undamaged. It was a little pricey but I knew exactly what it would cost me and wanted it because I knew it would be an appreciated gift.

The tee shirts arrived too big. I emailed them to see about sending them back. Did not hear anything back but weeks later I received a smaller size in each shirt so I was happy. I did send them an email to see if I should return the big tee shirts and never heard back from them. I think the communication needs to be worked on. I love the tee shirts. The quality is good.

Still waiting on my tee shirts I ordered May 22.

I placed 3 different orders in mid May and 4 weeks later I haven't received not one t-shirt. Their customer service sucks! You can't speak to a person except for chat, which seems to be a bot. Their solution is to refund me 5% of my purchase but they still do not know when I will receive my orders. When my last message to them via chat was asking for a total refund and cancel my order they ended the chat. So much for getting my nurses a nice gift.

Ordered 4 t shirts. All true to size and good quality. Will definitely order from Dreamtee again.

Happy with quality of item, company kept me informed of status of order. Arrived in good condition. Would use this company again and would recommend to others.

I ordered an iPhone 11 case and it arrived cracked. I contacted the company last week and they still have not responded. I am not happy since I paid about $24 for a case I can’t use.

***Update*** they sent me another case which is good. I adjusted the stars...

I have not received my full order and it has been a month! I ordered 2 shirts and a mug back in April. I received the Mug in a timely manner and the mug is great, but I have waited patiently (in regards to COVID-19) for the rest of my order. I’ve so far have not had the best experience with customer service either. I would love to have the shirts, but if that is not the case I would like to be refunded.
