doubts about DHL shipping service of Dresden.gold

I’m happy with what I’ve bought @ Dresden.gold
However, I’ve very mixed feelings on this purchase, just because of the way of the delivery.
The shipment was taking care of DHL Germany.
Because it has to be delivered in Belgium, the parcel was handed over to Bpost (Belgium post company).
Bpost just dropped the parcel in my unsecured mailbox. No ringing at the door, no signatures… or what can be expected in these Covid-19 days: ‘visual contact with resident’, no security. Lucky I was teleworking at home, but still… the parcel was 2 hours in my old, open, unsecured mailbox.
This is not what I’m expected for a purchase of several thousands of Euros.
My suggestion to Dresden.gold is to change to another shipping carrier (f.i. UPS).
