I received completely used, broken boots that reeked of foot sweat. Absolutely disgusting. And I'm even supposed to pay for the return shipping through Dress for Less.

The shoes and bags were like they have offered - best quality.
Nevertheless, I had to send some parts back. Because of that I had to pay two times the return fee. Fatima replied to my email quickly and very friendly. I followed her instructions and soon I had my money back.

Absolute scam. Bought a £200 coat during Black Friday sale last year, returned using the provided label that it came with, never got the refund despite countless emails. They didn’t even bother to reply. Tried calling their customer service over a few months and the line never worked. During that time, their website kept changing between “unable to ship to UK” and “sales for UK”.

Be careful as they are now rebranding to secretsales.com for UK sale

Don’t understand why this company is still allowed to operate, it needs to be shut down and banned from reopening immediately

This is a scam! A total rip-off! First package supposedly was delivered. Never received it. Sent email to them. They apologized and supposedly sent a replacement out. Never received that one either. Been over 3 months now. Recently asked for a refund, was told they could only refund 70% of my money back. And guess what, that was never refunded back. Highly recommended not to order from this company.

Made an order, they sent me the shirt with the security magnet item stuck to it, couldn’t wear it so I sent it back, it arrived at their warehouse since more than 3 weeks and I still didn’t get an email or refund, I contacted the customer service several times who couldn’t help and kept throwing the issue over to the “seller”, I didn’t get a refund, my money is gone, and not getting any decent reply back. Worst service and worst shopping experience ever! I’m contacting the German authorities and taking legal actions against this company

Have ordered from dress for less in the past and have had great service. However, my order at Christmas did not arrive, after trying to contact the company on numerous occasions with no reply. I went back to PayPal who refunded my money. This week I have received a letter from the insolvency administrator saying that insolvency proceedings are being taken against the company. It has now solved the mystery as to why so many of us have received poor service.

Do not order from Dress for Less! Like other customers, I have not received my refund and I'm being ignored. Paypal have not been able to help either so I'm out of pocket.

If I'd seen the reviews before ordering I would have avoided this company. I ordered two coats. They took at least 3 weeks to arrive (way longer than expected as they were coming from Germany which wasn't clear from the .co.uk URL) No problems with the items, they were great and genuine BUT the problems started when I had to return one that was too big.
The return address was a UK depot and as the coat was heavy it still cost me £8.50 for a tracked return. Thankfully I sent it tracked and used Paypal and had evidence of the returned item being delivered as the refund never came. After much chasing up I ended up having to submit the evidence to Paypal and get the payment refunded through them.
If the items had both fitted the transaction would have been ok although they clothes took almost a month to turn up. If you have to return anything you are stuffed as they do not respond or pay back your money.

I returned back some items on November, and never got refunded from them. They received the items but didnt refund. I have sent them many emails but no answer at all. Finally I got my money back because of Paypal protection, after 3 months.

Firstly this company should be CLOSED DOWN. I returned some jeans in October 2023, sent numerous emails that were never aknowledged. Finally, I have received my refund January 2024, only because PayPal have helped me. Please never purchase anything from Dress-for-less.

This compmay is absolute inacceptable! I ordered the goods on 10th December, when I placed the order I was told that the goods were available, but when I received the order confirmation I was told that it could take up to 12 working days. Since then I have tried several times to call the chargeable "service hotline", where you are immediately thrown off the line on the grounds of high call volume and asked to contact customer service by email. However, I have already emailed them SEVERAL times to find out whether my goods will arrive at all. I'm really angry now and I don't even want the goods any more. In the end y took advantage of the Paypal customerprotection service and claimed a refund. Dress4less didnt even react then. Thank god I git refunded now through paypal but I will never in my life bay anything from dress4less again.

I don't understand what happened to this company. I was always buying great stuff at a good price. I appreciated their fast delivery and packaging. We ordered items in December that were returned by post because we were on vacation. They still haven't refunded it, and they haven't responded to my emails.

Would give them a minus star if I could - similar to others I ordered from them and never received my order, I sent numerous emails and they only sent out a second order when I sent confirmation of Royal Mail sending it back to Germany, got some ridiculous statement from customer services that blamed Royal Mail for putting it on the wrong conveyer belt??!! Was charged twice for the one order and after MANY emails to them that went unanswered I eventually got a reply and a refund from Head of Customer Services after I threatened to have my credit card company start legal proceedings to get my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I returned 3 packages and never got refund. I only got confirmation from them that they received packages. They did not answer the calls and never answer my emails.

I have returned the ordered since 16 December 2023, until today 15 January 2024 no response for the returned money. Cost of €160 winter jacket. I tried to called, their phone only machine and off, the web can not be open for my country “Suddenly”. I sent some emails but no replay at all.
There is No Way to contact them!!

Don't order !!!!!! Still waiting on a refund ,more than a month now , no reply by email,sent them 10 emails , no answer by phone, very bad service ,shocking.Back in the day they were ok but now is a disaster.

I applied to return the package(order 74591982), which I never received. Almost a month has passed since the date of the order - November 26th, and I have not been able to receive either the goods or a refund....
Besides, all my requests are ignored from your side...

They won't refund the money, beware before ordering.

I am still waiting for about more than a month for the money but in vain. I have asked Paypal to do something but lets see if I get my money back. I have written multiple Mails but no reply. I wonder if they have authentic products. They also might be selling fake products.

They don't pay back the money for your returned goods.They just send confirmation that they have credited and paid back the amount but I haven't received any money back. Their customer service doesn't answer, neither by email nor by phone. Very bad. I used to order with them but I won't do it anymore!

I bought two pairs of jeans but didn't get them home. I emailed and called dress for less several times but never got a response. Now today I instead received an email saying that they have canceled my order, but I have not received any money back.
